Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for orders shipped within the United States.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, unused, and with its original packaging and any included accessories or materials.
Returns are accepted for eligible products if the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or if you simply change your mind.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, contact us at support@Cardupt.com and provide your order number and the reason for the return.
Once your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and a prepaid return shipping label.
Please do not send a return without contacting us first.
Return Shipping
Approved returns within the United States are free of charge.
Cardupt provides a prepaid return shipping label.
We do not charge any restocking fees.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If your item is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible at support@Cardupt.com.
We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate solution, including a return, replacement, or refund where applicable.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after the returned item has been inspected.
Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
Exchanges
If you would like a different item, please contact us at support@Cardupt.com.
Product availability cannot be guaranteed. If necessary, you may return the original item and place a new order.
