At Cardupt, we aim to provide clear and reliable shipping information for all orders.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States only.

We do not currently offer international shipping.

Shipping Cost

We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders within the United States.

There is no minimum order amount required.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Our daily order cut-off time is 5:00 PM Central Time (CT).

Orders placed after 5:00 PM CT, on weekends, or on public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Delivery Time

After your order has been processed, Standard Shipping typically takes 5–8 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Please allow some time for the carrier to update the tracking information after shipment.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or shipped.

Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please check your tracking information first.
